A Legacy of Spa Excellence:

• Pioneering the Market: Splashes SpaWorld spent 32 years at the forefront of the industry, developing, building, and retailing thousands of spas and swim spas. We were innovators, helping to develop the original ‘portable swim spa’ in the mid-90s.
• Customer Trust: Over 25 years, we sold tens of thousands of spas throughout the Sydney basin and across NSW, growing to become Sydney’s largest retailer just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The Next Chapter: In 2023, the owner, Steve Dempsey, chose to retire and downsize Splashes. However, our commitment to our loyal customer base never wavered.

• Acquisition (2017): Splashes purchased the existing parts4spas website and began rebuilding it from the ground up to match our high standards for customer support and ease of use.
• Relaunch (2022): We relaunched the site with a clear emphasis on helping spa owners easily find the products and spare parts they need. While we cater to all major brands, our specialty lies in supporting the previous Splashes range and the Oasis brand.
• Today’s Support: We now offer a comprehensive library of video tutorials covering how to operate your Oasis spa and how to manage chemical usage. We aim to make looking after your spa as easy as possible!
