Your goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. Your order will be shipped via our Courier Company.
Click and collect can be selected at check-out for collection at our Brookvale office during business hours.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase therefore it is strongly recommended to look closely at all parts before ordering. LA Spas regularly change part designs and shapes so compare your current product with the pictures and descriptions provided to ensure you are ordering the correct part. Splashes do not offer a refund for incorrectly ordered parts, however, we will happily exchange parts within 30 days once the incorrect part has been returned at your expense.If you are not certain which part you require, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department via phone or email and one of experienced consultants will be able to ensure you are ordering the correct replacement part.
Ordering
Browse our catalogue to find the spa parts you need. Click on a photo in any items detailed description page and a large display photo will appear, allowing you to visually identify if the spa part you are looking at is a match for the part you are seeking. Our online spa parts search facility (top right), will search our catalogue and display a list of likely part matches for you, simply enter a model no. part number or description and press “go”. If you can’t find the Splashes you are after please don’t hestiate to contact us.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments can be made to Splashes by Credit Card via Stripe and Paypal. Please select your preferred option during checkout.
Splashes will, from time to time, offer promotions on their website. Stock is limited and we reserve the right to remove any promotions without notice

Your Safety is our number one priority. Some of the parts which are sold on this website can be dangerous if installed incorrectly. When dealing with any electrical component of your spa, please ensure you have a qualified electrician. Splashes and Parts4spas will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained. Remember that your spa operates on Electricity and any Electrical work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
